The African Ministers’ Council on Water promotes cooperation, security, social and economic development and poverty eradication among member states through the management of water resources and provision of water and sanitation supply services.

The Association of Sanitation Actors in Senegal is a group of beneficiary emptiers involved in the program. It operates the mechanical emptying component of the program.

Environnement, Déchets, Eau (EDE)
Environnement, Déchets, Eau (EDE) is the Senegalese consultancy firm responsible for the project management component and technical design of the program.

OXFAM
Oxfam America is an NGO specializing in gender issues, governance, fair trade, and peace and security in Casamance. OXFAM is involved with the flood-zone component of the program.
